Lise finds inspiration in almost anything and believes in the seamless integration of architecture and interiors. She began her career with Design Plus Architecture gaining unparalleled experience as an intern architect while also establishing herself as a respected designer. A passion in design and driven by a mission to build her own company, Lise founded Filo Plus.

Lise graduated in architecture (BEDS) from Dalhousie University in 2005. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts, major in Photography and a minor in Science from Université de Moncton as well as a post graduate diploma in Art Printing from the Université du Québec à Montréal.

With an eye for quality and functionality, Lise is known for her avant-gardism, and her client-centered approach. She offers a balance of creativity, collaboration and forward thinking to each aspect of the design. Lise’s ability to develop client relationships based on respect, trust and confidence has been the key to her success as a designer.

When she isn't crafting beautifully refined spaces or dreaming up her next big idea, she is busy at home with her husband and two boys. Lise loves to travel and entertain; her home is always bustling with people. Lise brings much more than her design talent to projects, she brings her passion to create timeless spaces every time.

Monique Lirette, B. Appl. D.I, MCPM

Partner

Monique brings balance and harmony to every project, embodying the perfect blend of creativity and organization. With a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Université de Moncton (B.Appl. D.I.) and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management (MCPM) from UNB in collaboration with York University’s Schulich School of Business, she has the expertise to turn visions into reality.

Prior to joining Filo Plus, Monique was employed in the commercial construction industry working on various projects. Her structured, detail-oriented approach ensures every aspect of a project is completed seamlessly, delivering spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.

Monique is passionate about creating timeless, approachable designs that reflect her clients’ aspirations. She is dedicated to guiding them through every phase of the process, combining professional insights with meticulous planning to exceed expectations. Her emphasis on innovation and thought leadership results in extraordinary, personalized spaces.

Beyond her work, Monique is a proud mother of two daughters who keep her on her toes. She enjoys connecting with loved ones over great meals and spending time outdoors, finding inspiration in nature and life’s simple moments.

Stephanie Gionet, B.Appl. D.I.

Intern Designer

Stephanie has been with the Filo Plus team since obtaining her degree in Interior Design from Université de Moncton (B.Appl. D.I.) in 2013. She brings a fresh perspective to the firm with her enthusiasm for innovation, functionality and visual beauty. Stephanie has a passion for creation and she is driven by the need to give her clients what they've always desired. Even though she strongly believes in the "Less is More" philosophy, she always stays busy and strives to ensure the highest standards are met at all times.

When not being the company's workaholic, Stephanie enjoys good music, the outdoors and spending quality time with the people she loves. 

Carole Boudreau, B. Appl. D.I.

Project Coordinator

Carole graduated with a degree in Interior Design (B.Appl. D.I.) from Université de Moncton. During her studies, she was selected to complete two design internships abroad. She completed her first internship at the Karelia University of Applied Sciences in Finland where she was immersed in Scandinavian design. She later traveled to Australia where she worked for an Interior Design firm, gaining additional international design experience. 

Carole loves adding those important finishing touches to every project, ensuring a cohesive space throughout. She finds joy in being able to create beautiful and inviting spaces that will be enjoyed for years to come. 

As a self-proclaimed travel lover, she is always ready to take on new adventures with her better half. She loves all animals and enjoys spending time with family and friends. 

Jessica Belanger, B. Appl. D.I.

Interior Designer

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Applied Design in Interior Design (B.Appl.D.I) from Université de Moncton in 2013. With years of hands-on experience, she approaches her work with unmatched dedication and enthusiasm, embracing every challenge with confidence and creativity.

Passionate about her craft, Jessica continuously seeks opportunities to expand her expertise and stay ahead of trends in interior design. Her ability to create distinctive, client-focused spaces is a hallmark of her work. She takes pride in ensuring each project authentically reflects her clients' personalities and needs, making her a standout in the field.

Outside of Filo Plus, Jessica enjoys quality time with her daughter, partner, and their three dogs. She has a love for travel and adventure, often exploring new destinations on her motorcycle.
