Kitchen & Bath Interior Designer

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen & Bath Interior Designer to help our clients create their dream kitchens and bathrooms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a keen eye for design and craftsmanship. You will collaborate with clients and our project team to deliver custom designs that align with each client’s unique vision and lifestyle needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen and bath design requirements, including aesthetics, functionality, and budget

• Develop tailored design concepts, and detailed layouts that align with Filo Plus’s commitment to excellence

• Curate a selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures that embody quality and style

• Conduct job site visits for accurate marking, measuring, and site coordination with contractors and subcontractors.

• Estimate project costs and prepare detailed quotes and specifications to align with client budgets.

• Place and review orders with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

• Provide comprehensive support throughout the completion and execution of design projects, from concept to realization.

• Collaborate with our project team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and outstanding results

• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded

• Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and best practices to provide clients with the latest solutions

• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and Filo Plus standards

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in interior design, architecture, or a related field.

• Experience in interior design (kitchen and bath preferred)

• Expertise in AutoCAD, with the ability to create comprehensive drawing sets (construction, lighting, finish plans, corresponding elevations, millwork drawings, etc.) with minimal supervision.

• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and bath products, materials, and industry trends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-focused approach

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for innovative design solutions

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
